Michael Caputo is a Savannah native and brings over 22 years of mortgage experience to his position as the VP, Market Production Manager at BankSouth Mortgage. He attended Benedictine Military School and graduated from UGA with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Throughout his time in the mortgage industry, Michael has focused on working with first-time buyers, VA loans, relocation customers, and second homes. Michael's passion is doing what is right for his clients while guiding them through the home buying process. His goal is to make his customers feel at ease and informed throughout the entire loan process.
Beyond his dedication to his clients, Michael is also known for his community involvement and was proud to earn the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's title of The Man of the Year in 2014. When he isn't working, he enjoys time on the water with his wife and three children and looks forward to helping other families call Savannah home.
